Good looking app, broken sync

If sync wasnt one of the selling points of this app, itd be 5 stars. Unfortunately its one of their bullet points on the apps description, and works dismally.

Ive used the app off and on for about a month now and had it sync successfully once. Ive emailed their support a couple of times, but have only received a reply once with instructions that did not work.

My advice for the app creators: stop using whatever sync service youve been using (I suspect its iCloud Core Data) and use something else, because it is horribly broken.
