I lost all of my quotes on iPad and most of my authors on iPhone after update

This has been my go-to app. As someone in the academic world, I value a user-friendly, reliable, cloud-based storage for quotes. Since updating, I have lost all of my quotes on iPad and many of my authors on iPhone. The devices are not syncing. The support team is unresponsive. At this point, I would say to wait before downloading this app until reviews come in more positively. A good team would not only provide support, but would have been testing this during the iOS 9 beta process.
